Something I leaned while on a trip.

    On thing that I have learned about while on a trip is the gold rush. I was visiting some relatives in the South and we were driving down that way. I was wondering why the cities where called 100 mile  house and thing like that I noticed they seemed to get lower as we went further south. I found out that the gold rush began in the Williams Creek area. First in Rich field and then in the Barkerville area.( which is know a historical site of the Canadian gold rush). As they got further and further down they counted how far have been travelling by miles. So when  they came to lets say 150 mile house, they were 150 miles down from where they started the gold rush. And that's how the cities like 100 mile or 92 mile house got there name.

Over Consumption Project

Describe something creative you did in preparing this model.

-Something Creative that I did during the project is that when we were deciding what we were going to do for our Model I had come up with the Idea to get weights and the put them into containers and have the weights show how much coffee people drink in a certain amount of time. So that people can lift them and see how much coffee is really getting Consumed.

- A way that I have demonstrated communication skills in our over consumption Project is when we were planning to bring our material for our group we have to plan out who will bring what and we had to talk about what we were going to do for our Model.

They are important because they are going to teach us to have the skills  concepts and then we can take what we learnt from these ideas and apply them to the real world. I think that I show some Social Responsibility in class and in other places. I show this by being a leader in the group and to be a roll mottle for younger children. 

2. Your goals for your learning throughout high school (and how it will be shown through your blog)

My goals throughout high school is to do the best that I can possibly do. That would be the main overall idea. I would also like the be very successful in my dancing. I would like to graduate with scholarships so that I can further in my learning and decide what I want my occupation to be. I hope that the successful things that I have done will be posted on my Blog for everybody too see.

3.Anything else you want to say about the purpose of your blog 

I may want to post on my Blog my dance Awards or anything about dance that I feel proud of so that everybody can see my success in dance and why I love it so much.
